For a list of my preferred applications determined after years of usage, see http://lxlinux.com/#20.
It is very interesting to follow the development of the new lxde-qt merger: http://blog.lxde.org/?attachment_id=1027 . I have been experimenting with some of the qt-apps that work on a GTK system without installing too many new libraries. They have been nice. Anybody have any success installing pcmanfm-qt-debian on a GTK Lxde system: https://code.launchpad.net/~lubuntu-dev ... -qt-debian ?
I think lde-qt could be a really good thing, given the mess that is gtk3. What do you think?
