Following problem

By trying to place the windows trough pressing mouse klick -> to the border and or the window title ... i cant place the window to an another position, it drops back to the old position ? WHY? what is to be changend?
please help

Try right clicking the title panel and select move. Then move it to where you want it.

left-clicking the window title, holding down the mouse button, dragging the window to a new pos. and releasing the mouse button, that is how it should work.

if it doesn't please explain/specify.
