LXDE logout menu reboot shutdown missing

Hello my fellow LXDE users! LXDE is my most favourite Desktop environment! Its very lightweight & simple, I absolutely love it.
I've got a problem though, I've just installed LXDE on a AntiX 17 core installation - so I've had to install/build everything so far, I kept trying to google how to resolve this & everything led me to this lxde-logout.desktop text file, but I don't think that's the right file... Can somebody please help me get the reboot & shutdown entries put into the LXDE GUI logout menu?? I know I can always use commands but I'd really rather prefer to have the menu work.. I was hoping I'd be able to copy it from a working machine but I checked the file on my other computer & it look identical...
I'm not the most tech-savvy user, please explain these steps in detail. I want reboot & shutdown and maybe hibernate & sleep in the LXDE logout menu, you know when you click the red button in the corner, that menu that it brings up.
