Hey,
I just installed LXDE on my Arch Distribution and haven't really configured anything yet.
When I select text or hover over desktop elements, I barely get any visual feedback.
Selecting text will sometimes result in a change of the text color (but not always), I would rather have a highlighted background color to the text though.
I have tried out the demo in the look and feel widget tab and in the demo of the widget I use, these features work as expected.

Can you help me please?

this is a theming problem.

and it depends on the toolkit the app uses.
for gtk, you have to apply a theme that supports both gtk2 and gtk3.
for qt, you usally want to make sure that it uses styles from gtk.
