System-wide reverse scroll

Hi everybody, first of all - I'm totally new to LXDE world, so bear with me and try to explain things in the most basic way
I've recently used the Xmodmap method to add reverse scroll on LXDE (I'm on openSUSE Leap 42.3 if it matters). The only problem is that it works only on some applications, for example while browsing Firefox or editing on Leafpad. When I use other apps like Telegram or any kind of system app (YaST, terminals, LX Control Center and so on), it scrolls the opposite (default) way.
Is there a way to extend it system-wide?
