Telegram Desktop+shared link- No such file or directory

Hello!
When I press on shared link in Telegram destop ver 1.3.8 I receive that message
I checked that when I change to different graphical enviroment for example xfce the issue does not exists.
So there must be some problem with LXDE.
I use Debian - buster/sid + LXDE.
How to fix it ?
