Reset to Default LXDE panels?

Hi!
I've stuffed up the main task panel and I can't revert back to the original or get the same functionality. All minimized windows disappear and I can't place my icons properly.
I managed to paste the config in the lxde panel wiki, but that didn't alter the problem except wipe out my folder icons.
Can someone please tell me how to restore the default lxde?

Also please provide the syntax and location for where to make changes as I don't know where anything is installed.
Thanks

The default lxpanel is here: /usr/share/lxpanel/profile/LXDE/panels

Copy this to your ~/.config/lxpanel/LXDE/panels

and you should be back to basic.
