When i do mouse-middlebutton-click over the desktop, i can add new destops (workspaces), since only 2 workspaces never is enough.
The problem is, when i reboot LXDE, instead of the workspace ammount i had (like 4 or 5), i'm getting only 2 back again - this situation is very annoying, since i have to create back more workspaces over and over again...

I can confirm this misbehavior/bug. It's related to Openbox - not LXDE, so the appropriate tracker need the be notified.
The mainstream way of changing the number of desktops, is running Obconf - that works for me. Obconf is OpenBoxConfigurationManager utility. If you don't have it installed, run
