Reduce the height of lxterminal tabs

They look unnecesarily big, how can I can reduce their size?

Can you give me a hint about hacking the current theme instead in order to just make tabs a bit slimmer?

I don't know which line of the gtkrc you need to change. Sadly I'm currently not on Linux. But I know there is slim version of clearlooks, which had done it. Maybe you find it there.
