Welcome to the LXDE forum. If you want to make Chinese an additional language on your system, look for a small flag or two letter language code on the right side of your LXPanel. Right click that and choose "Keyboard Layout Handler" settings. On the right side of the window that pops up you will see Advanced setxkbmap Options. Under that catagory uncheck "Keep system layouts". Now navigate to the left side of the window and choose Add. Another window will pop up and you will navigate to Chinese (cn). Check OK. Move the languages up or down as you like and then re-check "Keep system layouts" You will notice that you have to restart the session for your changes to take place. Close the window. This of course assumes that you have already installed the Chinese language packs for your system. Now you should be able to toggle between your language and Chinese.
