Howdy,
I've been happily running LXLE/LXDE for a few months now. In the course of tweaking, tweaking, tweaking, one thing I miss is some kind of print manager and/or printer job status/notification on my task bar.
I've searched high and low, found things similar to:
https://github.com/linux-man/cinnamon-printers

...but apparently that isn't available for this desktop.
Would anyone out in the Ether know of a similar applet available for LXDE?
Many thanks.

Of course you need to install CUPS first, then one of the three tools listed.
I do not recommend the KDE tool, it will pull in too many dependencies.
I have no personal experience with this, so will have to figure out how these applications work.
I hope one of them provides a systray applet.
