This site is manned by volunteers. It is unfortunate that your post was not approved as quickly as you thought it should be but we do not have the number of mods to accomplish immediate approval. We have the required first post approval to cut down on the SPAM posts that we receive.

I wonder what makes admins of a website of 130 visitors a month (!) repel visitors by moderating each post?

The introduction of massive amount of SPAM. Each post is not moderated.
