"Boxy" Buttons

That would work--but "Clearlooks" doesn't appear in my "Customize Look & Feel" (lxappearance).

I went to box-look.org and downloaded a "clearlooks-light", and applied it using the "OpenBox Configuration Manager"--but it (as everything has so far) only changed the title bar, etc.

Even after that step, clearlooks does not appear under "widgets" lxappearance...

What am I missing here? :?

Okay, I think I got it working...

For the benefit of any "Arch"-ers that come along after me, here's the page that had the answer:

I installed the package "gtk-smooth-engine" (as recommended), and that seemed to have made the difference.

Maybe the problem I was having was Arch-specific? [shrug] Things look much better now, though!

Nothing like distro-specific division of package components to complicate things - Fedora supplies the needed components in gtk2-engines.
