lxterminal -e command strange behaviour

Hi all.
I have a strange behaviour from lxterminal. If for example I put:
$ lxterminal -e 'man bash'
a instance of lxterminal is opened but immediately closed.

The behaviour that I aspect, you can obtain with:
lxterminal -e "lxterminal -e 'man bash'"
