Cirrus Logic GD 5446 + LXDE = problem

Hello. Sorry for my english - I'm russian.
I have a video card Cirrus Logic FD 5446 (it's PCI) and want to use it on one of my servers (that has only PCI and PCI-E).
This server is under Ubuntu 9.04 Server Edition. I installed lxde from repos and ran it.
LXDE loads normal. BUT! When I launch any program, screen starts blink and the window of this program starts to move down step by step with every blink. And goes out of the screen. By the way, process "xorg" begins to load the cpu at 100%. Then I have to swich to console and say "sudo /etc/init.d/gdm stop"
I downloaded live-cd with LXDE - blinking and moving.
I inserted another card in this comp - all works great.
I inserted Cirrus Logic in another comp - blinking and moving.
I booted from live-cd of Ubuntu 9.10 Desktop x84 - works!
At last with LXDE live-cd I (just for fun) edited /etc/X11/xorg.conf by inserting there at Section "Device" - Driver "vesa". And this helped! O_o
So, what will you tell me? Look for a solution for cirrus driver or use vesa one?
