Small issues / beginner

Hello guys.
I just installed lxde a couple of hours ago and I just felt in love with it.
Just some small issues, though I hope this forum will help me solve them.
1) I use compiz-fusion (mainly for gnome-do applet). One weird thing is that I can not change any setting from compiz, and so some of my shortcuts are overrided (like "run" command), which is really annoying.
Is there any way I can fix this (and still run compiz) ?
2) Again, related to shortcuts, how can I map Fn + Arrow_up and Fn +Arrow_down to increase and decrease my volume?
3) When I press the power button of my notebook I want to be able to choose from Reboot, Shutdown, Suspend, etc. Right now it just goes to Shut Down. Again, is there any way I can modify this?
Thanks in advance
