No 'About' popup window in 0.4.0

Just compiled 0.4.0 on Tiny Core. Clicking on 'About' in Help menu nothing happens. No error message, no popup. Nothing. Anyone else with the same problem?

No surprise here: The whole menu is just a preview for demonstration purposes. Try the other menu entries, they don't do anything either.
