I have visual problems and I was wondering why LXDE doesn't come with larger mouse pointers?.

Do you know how I could install some?

LXDE is not a distribution; it is only a few components that come with a distribution to provide things like the panel and desktop. I regret that we cannot help you, because we do not provide the cursors. You should direct this question to your distribution.
