Me like "Terminal emulator" from "Panel", but I did not see russian words.
If I run from "Menu", russian words is right!!!

the terminal you start from the panel is *xterm afaik!
The other (good working) one is the LXterminal!
You could make the panel also starting LXTerminal by changing the appluncher buttons target.
