Mouse speed not fast enough

Mouse speed not fast enough

I'm using LXDE installed on top of Kubuntu 10.04 (finally fed up with KDE 4).

I prefer to have my mouse move at the same speed at all times (ie., no acceleration). Problem is, when I set the Acceleration to the minimum (10) in LXInput, the Speed setting has no effect, and the mouse is too slow.

How can I adjust the mouse speed without using acceleration?
