[lxsession-logout] "Suspend" is invisible before hw-detect

Hello nice people!
I have a trouble with "Suspend" button.
After computer is loading and I push "Exit" (or run "lxsession-logout" in terminal) the "Suspend" button is invisible.
If I run "hw-detect" in terminal then the button becomes VISIBLE!
How does "lxsession-logout" decide to show "Suspend" button or not?
What reason can be?
Give me an advice what should I do for the button will visible without "hw-detect".
