Cannot run multiple instances of lxpanel

Hello,
I've got 2 displays running on my desktop (monitor & TV) but I lxpanel starts only on the first display. On the second I see only XFCE desktop which I'm using along with lxsession. I'd like to have lxpanel running on both displays.
I tried to run it manualy by command:
DISPLAY=:0.1 lxpanel &
but I've got following "error" message:
I'd like to run multiple instances of it (each on its display), but there's no such option in manual.
Do you think it's possible somehow? Maybe
In worst case I will be forced to use only one big desktop, but this brings another caveats which I'd like to avoid.

There is already an instance of LXPanel. Now to exit
