LXDE Customization...

Hi, I'm trying to customize LXDE to look like GNOME. These are the only questions that I have:

1. Is it possible to split the Applications Menu into three different menus? (ie Applications, Places, System)
2. Is it possible to move the Desktop Icons around? I haven't succeeded in doing this yet. And I really want to get rid of the My Documents icon. It looks too much like Windows.
3. I really want the default Fedora window border like the ones I had in GNOME by default. Can I get this to work?

Thanks for your help. :)

Applications: The menu already exist.

Places: You can add "Places" beside your menu.

System: Currently there is no System-menu.
2. Is it possible to move the Desktop Icons around? I haven't succeeded in doing this yet. And I really want to get rid of the My Documents icon. It looks too much like Windows.
No. What's wrong about that?
3. I really want the default Fedora window border like the ones I had in GNOME by default. Can I get this to work?
LXDE uses Openbox as default window manager. Just search http://www.box-look.org for a Fedora like theme.

2.
You could (theoretical, not tested), remove the pcmanfm entry from /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart and add xsetroot -bitmap {YOUR FILE} for having a background, but no icons on it.
Or you could use xfdesktop, if you have xfce on the PC, gut this would also replace the openbox menu with the xfce ones.

I must say, I dont like the My Documents link, too. It is ok, but you should be able to remove it. Maybe there is somewhere this option, but I didnot found it.
