is there a way, I can change my cursor size? For me it is to big.

What about using another theme? See gnome-look.org for some themes.

I am using the gentoo-silver cursors for all my computers, I found a solution with the time: make a file called ~/.Xdefaults with the line Xcursor.size: 20 - or whatever value you prefer.
