I need the key ALT free (to play World of Warcraft), so i would like that the key to move windows be META.
Where can I change that?

in order to change this, have a look at the openbox config file. LXDE uses it's own, depending on your setup it's "/usr/share/lxde/openbox/rc.xml" (system wide) or "/home/maces/.config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml" (for your user).

Simply search for your key bindings and change them. Have a look in the openbox manual/Wiki for more information on how to do that.
