This is the last beta release before lxpanel 0.4 stable release.
Please get it heavily tested.
http://www.gnomefiles.org/app.php/LXPanel
Major changes:
* Fix icon display problems under 64-bit systems.
* Fixes to work with minimization animation provided by window manager.
* Fix RTL problems of the task list.
* Launch console applications in terminal properly
* Some minor bug fixes
* Add some new translations

Please install menu-cache and lxmenu-data first. Otherwise you'll get no application menu.
Cheers and happy Chinese New Year!

The bug in which the menu sometimes does not open remains. Though it seems it does not happen as often as before but still happenes.

Tried 0.3.999 and there is still the exact same problem I reported and was ignored about. The menu icon does not display right. It is being shrunk down. Here is 2 pictures that show the problem. The first picture is 0.8 that works ok. And the second picture is the broken 0.3.999 one.
