hey all I just downloaded your desktop enviro for ubuntu, and I have to say very nice, very very nice in fact.

I have a quick question though, the default cursor movement speed is a little slow, how do I speed it up? Hopefully someone will answer before too long as I am setting this up for my brother in law on his computer, and he's actually going home in the morning...

You can do this by "xset" command See "man xset" for more info.
