Hi all ...
I just done a search and found nothing about it, so this is the question :
How can I enable cut and paste between applications ?
One possible example, cut a peace of text in firefox and paste in LXTerminal ?

I am using Debian Lenny installed from scratch .

odd i would think this should work out of the gate. I know it does on mine here. I can grab a link from firefox and paste in lxterminal no problem. Does it give any kind of feeback ? my guess would be probably not.

Lxterminal is a terminal, so some standard key bindings have differnt meanings. E.g. strg+c is interupting the actual executed command.
For copy/posting in terminal you have to use strg+shift+c and strg+shift+v
