The download links on the main page seem to be down or broken. trying get the x64 for a test run.

It looks like the path to the directory was changed on Debian's end.

Try: http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/cur ... esktop.iso

The size of the image is 751Mb per the directory listing, so you might have to burn it to a DVD instead.
