Lxde default search tool

Postby hatalar205 » Sun May 29, 2011 3:42 pm

Hi. This morning I have installed Lubuntu on my netbook (Toshiba Nb200). It works great. The only problem is I need a search tool for my folders and files on my netbook. Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.
Yes, I advised you but you did.

I find Catfish and it works well. :D Unfortunately Tracker doesn't work. I have read something about Tracker bug on Lubuntu.

They're not defaults for LXDE, but grep, ls with find, mlocate and searchmonkey also provide ways to search for filenames or strings within files.
