It possible installing Lubuntu-control-center in Lxde?

What is the easiest way and immediate for install?
What are the dependencies?

Add this PPA and install lubuntu-control-center with Synaptic.

..., but Lubuntu control center, require installation of other programs?

Example, Lubuntu desktop, not only installs
Lubuntu look & feel, but also other programs, such as
gnumeric, pidgin, and others, for a total of 650MB

with apt-get install --no-recommeds, not work this option
install many other programs! or with apt.conf does not work.

adding:

dpkg -i lubuntu-control-center.deb

lubuntu-control-center depends python (>= 2.7);
The version python on system is 2.6.5-0ubuntu1.
dpkg: error lubuntu-control-center (--install):
problem with depends - not configure
