Can't get LXDE to save my settings?

Tried installing Linux Mint 10 and 11 LXDE on a couple of desktops, it doesn't save my resolution and wifi settings on reboot. Keeps going back to the defaults. Is there a solution for this? Really like the speed and response of LXDE and would like to use these distros. Thanks.

Do you have Gnome DE installed as well?
With my first LXDE try, i had plenty of gnome apps installed, they caused the LXDE to run very unstable, and yes, settings were not save either.
On the other hand, if its a livecd, it wont save any settings (just want to say to comeplete).

Hi there,
I'm using Lubuntu 11.04 and it has no problems like that. Also, I installed Linux Mint 11 LXDE but don't think I have that problems. Didn't use it much though but everytime I login, I see no problem.
Perhaps it's a problem with your Drivers.
