How do you disable viewing window contents while moving

Other linux distros have a setting for disabling viewing window contents while moving. I have LXDE 10 installed on an older laptop and it ghosts everytime I move a window. Where's this setting in LXDE? Thanks.

I assume you have Linux Mint 10 LXDE, right?
