"lxpanelctl run" (Alt+F2 run dialog) ignores bashrc aliases

Hello,
I'm running LXDE on Gentoo Linux and I use aliases in /etc/bash/bashrc to run programs with specific parameters (for example to run "lxterminal -l" only by typing "lxterminal").
I'm used to run programs using Alt+F2 and I know that this run dialog is created by "lxpanelctl run".
Problem is that this run dialog completely ignores settings in bashrc. Is there any way for the run dialog to read and respect bashrc config file?
Many thanks for replies and tips to solve this.
