What OS are you using?
I'm sure if you do a simple search on Google, you will find what you are looking for

There is Network Status Monitor in Lubuntu but I'm not sure what OS do you have or if that is what you are looking for?!

I'm using Arch Linux now.

The applet that you point to is just for status, unfortunately it does not show the load.
