Very large spacing in the system tray

Post by gnuvince »

I'm using Lubuntu 11.10 with LXDE and Openbox. I have lxpanel version 0.5.8. The spacing between some icons in the system tray is very excessive. I'd love to know if someone knows how to fix this. See screenshot for a visual.

Thanks,

Vincent.

Looks like you've got stretched spacers in there. Right-click on the panel, then PanelSettings->PanelApplets and adjust your spacers as you see fit.

+1 rockdoctor. Mine are set at 4 and I think that is the default.

...adjust your spacers as you see fit.
Put a checkmark in a spacer box to put a big space there, leave the spacer there without the box checked to put a small space there, move the spacer to another position to put essentially no space there.
