i have two questions with the lxde:
1. How to install power manager & battery status on fedora 16 LXDE
2. How to install brightness manager on fedora 16 LXDE

Hi Oleiming...
i recently installed LXDE on Fedora 17 and resolved the problem of the battery in this way:

i have installed the xfce4-power-manager

yum install xfce4-power-manager

and then add to this file /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart this line @xfce4-power-manager.

Reboot... and then you'll have the battery icon on your panel. Right click on the icon and you can set the preference, etc...
