Is it possible to change the window border/menu background colours thro' LXApperance? I know that installing openbox themes and changing it with obmenu will do the job but how to do it with LXAppearance? Will in future this option included. ( I am still not that much efficient to edit xml files)

You can't change openbox themes with LXAppearance. Thats because LXDE is component based, every component should be able to work alone. You can use PCManFM without LXDE ect. Please use obconf instead.
