How do you lineup in LXDE

Using Linux Mint 12 with LXDE and can't seem to get the icons to lineup all in a row. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

I'm using Lubuntu which of course uses LXDE. I have a clean desktop but just as a test, I made three desktop launchers and they sort of lined up all by themselves. Are you saying that they do not do that in Mint 12?
