hello,
searching for the perfect minimalistic panel...
i really like lxpanel, if it wasn't for 1 tiny annoyance:
the icons of the tasklist are always a few pixels below the launcher and menu icons.
and this is the configuration:
this is consistent with all icon themes and no matter how i set icon and panel sizes, or if i use flat buttons or not.
is it possible to change that?
of course any solution is welcome but i thought maybe through gtkrc-2.0 in my home folder?
(i'm using avlinux, which is using lxsession. will changes in gtkrc-2.0 affect lxpanel?)
i found a similar solution for a similar problem here, so you know what i mean.
i tried changing the style to lxpanel and the class to "LxdePanelWindow*", and all borders to {0,0,0,0} but i don't really know what i'm doing there...
my system is AVLinux based on debian stable with a mixed DE. it uses lxsession and lxpanel, but also nautilus...
lxpanel is 0.5.6, lxsession is 0.4.4-3
edit: i managed to upgrade lxpanel to 0.5.12 - it's getting better, but now the tasklist icons are always 1 or 2 pixels smaller than the launchers. so the launchers are really crisp and good looking at size 24, but the tasklist icons are fuzzy and blurry because they're scaled to 23px? i'm pretty sure tweaking gtkrc is the way, but how?
