Main Menu wont automatically hide

Hi!
I've recently installed Lubuntu 13.04 with LXDE on board and I'm a bit confused about Main menu behavior:
it wont automatically disappear if I select an application in it and press right mouse button calling menu for it (with items "Add to desktop" and "Properties"). Only double click on Main menu button helps to hide it. It seems to be strange.

Welcome to the lxde forum.
I'm not sure if it is a bug. It has been around for a long time if it is because I have been living with it. It has been reported to Source Forge.

It looks like a bug though. Commonly a menu should disappear if it looses focus. Or is it special linux(lubuntu)-behavior (I'm new to linux)?

I mis-spoke. It is a bug but it has not been assigned a very high priority.

That report was submitted on 17 May 2012. Unfortunately the developers apparently have other bugs with higher priorities because the current LXPanel is 0.5.12 and it is still around. Sorry.

Well, let it be then. Anyway, Rex Bouwense, thank you for replies! May be I'll dig in sources and make a patch (if possible)

If you do, be sure and share it with Source Forge (and us).
