LXDE Transparency Issue

Hi,

I have Transparency enabled on Lubuntu 13.04 by installing compiz and running the command "compiz --replace"
This makes Lubuntu a joy to use. As it enables Transparency for Lubuntu. Also, compiz replaces the window manager with metacity, which looks great!

My problem is that when I run a Java application that uses a transparent JFrame (Window), then I get some undesirable effects.
I have attached a picture of this bug. Basically the JFrame background (Window background) is supposed to be completely transparent. Instead I have a semi-white JFrame which is not what I want.

Can anyone tell me what I have to do to fix this?
I'm guessing it could be just one of the compiz settings, but I cant seem to find it.

Kind Regards
Aubrey.
