Keyboard layout switching doesn't work

Hi there!
I followed this instructions to enable keyboard layout switching.
I put "setxkbmap -option grp:ctrl_shift_toggle us,ru" at /root/.config/openbox/autostart.sh then logout and enter again.
And it doesn't work
What I made wrong?

P.S. I use Parted Magic Version 2013_09_26
