spacers on other side....?

I'd like to be able to center a menu horizontally on a vertical panel. This panel is 52x52 pixels with an icon that is slightly smaller. I can center it with spacers vertically. However I want to center it horizontally too. Any suggestions? I will post a pic of what I am trying to do
