Hello.

I was wondering if there's any way to have an intellihide option for the panel. Like an extension or applet, or a script.

Are you asking if you can autohide the LXPanel? If that is what yoy want just right click on an open space on the panel. Select Panel Settings and then the Advanced Tab. You will see A subsection called Automatic Hiding. Choose your preferences and the close. By the way welcome to the LXDE forum.

No, intellihide, where a window goes over it, and it hides.

I read (and now I cannot find the reference) that support for Intellihide stopped with Ubuntu 12.04 and even then it was not supported in 3D. I do not know if that statement is true. Are you using Lubuntu or another LXDE distro? While the LXDE is quite configurable, it does not come with all the bells and whistles that other desktops have. Perhaps there is someone out there that provide assistance. This will give you thread a bump anyway.

I am running Ubuntu 14.04 beta, but I installed LXDE because I don't like Unity.
