How do I make auto mount hdd when I open file manager
How do I make auto mount hdd when I open file manager like it is made in Gnome? I can't open HDD from LXDE in GUI. For instance, If I open beesu nautilus - I don't see any hdd at all. I don't understand why it's so.
Re: How do I make auto mount hdd when I open file manager
is that an internal or an external (usb) hdd?
if it's external (usb):
what is the output of "lsusb" (type in terminal, press enter) before plugging the hd in, then again after plugging it in and waiting for at least 10s?
if it's internal:
you have to add it to fstab. if the mount point is in /media, it should show up in the file manager.
ps: there is no "beesu" and no "nautilus" in lxde.
