Install PeaZip on Lubuntu 14.04

I followed many false trails trying to get this application installed. Here is what worked for me:
1. Add precise to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
(There are many mirrors, but that is the one I used.)
2. Open Synaptic Package Manager, hit Reload, search for libgmp3c2 and install it
3. Reboot
4. Download the DEB for GTK2 from peazip.org
5. Install the downloaded DEB file
6. Reboot
7. Enjoy PeaZip
Note: At the time of this posting, the current version of PeaZip is: 5.3.1.
