I have a faulty mouse with a single right-click will result in a double-click (keeping in mind it's slightly functional, still).

So I was right-clicking desktop and all of a sudden the right-click menu opens only at the top left corner of the screen. I rebooted and same thing still happens with no way of moving it no matter where I click on the desktop.

here I clicked around the middle of desktop but it opens up at the top left corner of the screen.
