login from LXDM to tty or a single app

Hello!
I need help to login in tty from lxdm or start xterm. I can start programs from console with startx /usr/bin/xterm but when I create *.desktop fille for xsession and adding Exec=/usr/bin/xterm
but when it starts keyboard doesn't work only mouse.
