unable to compile on raspberrypi wireless-tools-devel issue

so, i'm compiling lxpanel on ubuntu running on raspberry pi 2.

and even after installing all required packages, i'm still getting error of netstat plugin required wireless-tools-devel

ive already installed wireless-tools as asked by the README
